Hannah is a culinary apprentice graduate from the 5-Star, 5-Diamond Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, with an appreciation for superior service standards and quality cuisine. As an Oklahoma native and oldest of 6, she has always prioritized family and often found herself getting creative in the kitchen. Her love for food led her to attend a 3-year culinary program at the same hotel her mother grew up visiting each summer. The intensive training heavily influenced her culinary skills and provided her with a solid foundation of techniques and various cuisine appreciation. Her later involvement with Marriot hotels further refined her hospitality expertise, where she exercised her savory skills at the JW in Cherry Creek, Colorado. Eager to expand versatility, her ambition guided her to join the opening team at the Gaylord Rockies Hotel in Denver as a member of the pastry kitchen.
Although consumed with corporate work, Hannah continued to pursue the private sector by offering cooking classes and providing in-home meals as time permitted. Her passion for customized events led her to CDK Luxury Catering, where she grew for a year as the company Sous Chef. In July 2020, Hannah established herself as an independent chef, creating her company ByJayne - Personalized Dining Experiences in the Denver area. She attended Chef Amaury Guichon’s Pastry Academy in Las Vegas, NV, graduating from their 10-week intensive course in May, 2021. Upon completion of the program, Hannah moved to Oahu, Hawaii to expand her horizons. In the pursuit of excellence, her goal is to provide her clientele with customized, private dining experiences within the comfort of their own homes.
