“My wife & I had the pleasure of having Hannah & her colleague Margie cook for a group of 10 of us during a recent trip to Oahu & we had a fantastic experience.  We had talked to Hannah in advance & decided on a Hawaiian Fusion theme & it was fabulous.  Hannah & Margie arrived on time & shortly thereafter our table was set with a beautiful Hawaiian theme, & the tastiest appetizers you can imagine were served.  The main courses of Kauai Shrimp & Braised Lilikoi BBQ Beef Short Ribs were absolutely delicious, & the Short Ribs were the most tender & tasty we had ever had.  The Pineapple Coconut Cake was the perfect light dessert to complete our evening.  Hannah & Margie worked together perfectly as a team & Margie made sure there was never an empty wine glass at the table.  Hannah explained each dish once it had been served & both she & Margie welcomed any request or questions we had.  We could not have had a better night, & suggest you contact Hannah & Margie if you want a truly special at home dining experience.
